My journey started over 10 years ago when I was at my heaviest, weighing 120kg, and struggling with my health while trying to start a family. Through consistent training and improving my nutrition, I was able to lose weight, become more active, and take control of my lifestyle.
I now manage my diabetes through daily exercise and healthy habits, which has shaped not only my life but also my approach to coaching.
Because I’ve been through this journey myself, I understand the challenges and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
